GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to the Terms of Service below. I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel I may not be the best fit for the request. Please provide as much information and reference material as possible so I can better understand your vision.PAYMENTS
Work will begin after the commission has been accepted and payment requirements have been fulfilled. A 30% Upfront Payment of the agreed commission price is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final high-resolution artwork.Revisions
Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Major changes, additional requests, or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Once the artwork reaches later stages, substantial changes may no longer be possible.Deadlines & Delivery
The estimated turnaround time is approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on complexity and workload. More intricate pieces may require additional time. The final artwork will be delivered in high-resolution PNG files. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.Use
Commissioned artwork is assumed to be for personal use unless commercial rights are discussed beforehand. Clients may repost or use the artwork for personal purposes with proper credit, but may not claim the artwork as their own, resell it, mint it as NFTs, use it for AI training, or use it commercially without prior agreement.If commercial rights are required, please inform me before the commission begins.Representation & Warranties
Any original concept artwork created through a commission will be produced to the best of my knowledge without intentionally infringing upon third-party intellectual property rights. This does not apply to commissions involving existing franchises, characters, or intellectual properties requested for personal use.Intelectual Property Rights
I retain the rights to the artwork and may display commissioned pieces in my portfolio, on social media, or in commission showcases unless otherwise discussed. Clients may not claim the artwork as their own or use it commercially without prior agreement.Refunds
Refunds are only available during the sketch phase. Once substantial progress has been made beyond that point, refunds may no longer be possible.Communication
